Sketchbook that transforms aspiring artists from being ASHAMED of showcasing their craft to being so CONFIDENT in it that they start taking commissions.

The most simple answer to why you’re still not making money by doing art:

You’re not confident enough in your skills.

How often does this happen to you:

You get some inspiration to start creating the most eye-pleasing, mind-relaxing, soul-soothing piece you’ve EVER MADE.

You open up your sketchbook, or the digital program you use, or take a blank canvas.

You start creating and at some random point, you just start to kind of zone out.

“Should this line go here?”

“Should this part be in a higher contrast?”

You start feeling like you can’t pour your thoughts and vision onto the canvas.

And you lose an extra HOUR of your time on some random issue.

The worst thing is, after you’re done, you’re not even 100% satisfied with it.

Deep down you know it could’ve been better and you stress yourself out.

Now, the most obvious solution to that is to improve!

You tried following tutorials online, sharing your experiences on forums like Reddit, and buying some courses, but all that for short-term or minimal results.

But there’s another laughably obvious solution to your problem that is RIGHT UNDER YOUR NOSE

Those who used this “secret” solution ended up becoming the greatest artists in history - legends like Leonardo da Vinci, Vincent van Gogh, and Pablo Picasso.

Not only did famous artists use this technique, but musicians like Mozart, basketball players like Micheal Jordan, and chemists like Marie Curie also did…

In fact, almost EVERY super successful person you admire has probably used this exact technique.

Once again, this is blatantly obvious and once you find out what it is, you’re probably gonna be like:

“Wow, seriously?”

Here's how it all began...

Desperate and hopeless after missing the apple with her spear from 60 meters away, she falls to her knees as the village watches. She knows she will be sold into slavery.

Let’s journey far into the past to an ancient town Creatopolis, located in the vast desert Aridoria.

This far back in the past, tradition ruled over everything. People had very limiting beliefs. The most notable of them all is that if you don’t succeed in something from the first, maybe second, or third time, you’re not cut for a certain thing. After failing, you just give up and move on. They could not fathom trying again and again, without seeing any major results.

Fail more than 3 times at something = You’re not cut for it, move on.

This is how they operated.

In this limiting world, a young woman Elyra, who was predecided to become a housewife, wants to change the fate her family gave her. From the bottom of her soul, she craves to become a great spear hunter. One that can provide and inspire others.

As she grows older, the tension between her and her big family grows. The tension reached its peak when a deal was made—hit a watermelon from 60 meters with a wooden spear.

Determined to defy the expectations set upon her, Elyra felt the weight of her family’s judgment bearing down. She took a deep breath, her hand trembling as she clutched the wooden spear.

“Prove yourself. Show us that you’re worthy. You can go the safe path we want you to go. The one that all the other women like you go. Or you can go risk it all for your silly little dream.

If you fail now, we won’t support you anymore. As punishment, we will sell you into slavery and you will be on your own.”

The ultimatum hung in the air, and the desert winds seemed to carry the weight of Elyra's decision. The town of Creatopolis watched with a mix of skepticism and anticipation as she prepared for her make-or-break moment. The sand beneath her feet felt coarse and unforgiving, mirroring the societal expectations that bound her.

Elyra closed her eyes, envisioning the life she desired—one where she could wield a spear with unmatched skill, providing not only for herself but also inspiring others to defy their predetermined paths. The deal was struck, and the challenge was accepted.

She threw the spear and…

It went 20 meters, nowhere near the watermelon. She fell to the ground, shaking.

She pleads for one more chance, but the town refuses. Instead, they start chanting;

“Slave - Slave - Auction”

“Slave - Slave - Auction”

As her life falls to crumble, she starts to cry.

Some mysterious old man who was passing by saw what happened. He stepped out to tell everyone he was buying her for 5 gold coins. Deal accepted.

She was put in chains, and the mysterious old man took her home with him. As they walked away from the town of Creatopolis, she looked at the town, lifeless.

They walked for 3 days and 2 nights until they got out of the desert and entered a savannah. Soon, they were in his little hut, beside a cave. The old man introduced himself.

His name was Jerko, and he was a real spear hunter, that was exiled out of Creatopolis for being marked as crazy.

He was deemed crazy because he spent days practicing throwing spears. People from the town saw him throwing the spear without any improvements… They stayed away from him, he lost friends, and eventually, he was exiled because nobody wanted to be around him.

As soon, as she heard that, Elyra’s eyes glowed a little. After almost a week she said her first words:

“Teach me, please.”

In her head, with the limiting mindset, she thought it was over.

“I failed, spear hunting is not for me.”

Jerko quietly nod his head. He explained to her how the people from that town have some super limiting beliefs, mainly the one being, if you don’t succeed within 3 tries, quit.

He taught her that the people in that town think wrongly about some stuff. He explained to her how to get better at throwing spears.

Every day, practice for some time.

And that was what she did.

There were thousands of times when she questioned her willpower to continue. It took her some time to get rid of the limiting beliefs. She felt like she was wasting time, constantly throwing her spear not reaching more than 15 meters.

Day 10 - the spear was still not reaching more than 15 meters.

Day 30 - the spear finally reached that 20-meter mark, but it was still very inaccurate.

She seemed the progress was going super slow, and that she won’t ever be able to reach 60 meters, let alone hit the watermelon from that length. Each time she felt unmotivated and uninspired, Jerko set a watermelon 60 meters away from him and hit the bullseye. He explained to her what he was thinking at each step of the process and motivated her to continue practicing daily.

She has done what he told her; put her head down and stay committed day in and day out.

Day 50 - The spear is now reaching 30 meters.

Day 100 - The accuracy is getting better.

Day 150 - 40 meters. Progress was slow but rewarding..

Day 200 - She was now ready to go on her first hunt with Jerko.

While they were heading towards the place where wild beasts come to drink water, they got ambushed by a small pack of lions. Jerko got 1 lion, and Elyra got the other. They thought they cleared them all and started collecting their hide and meat. Out of nowhere, a lion jumps Jerko. Elyra panicked but reacted quickly. She took him down and saved Jerko. If Elyra wasn’t there, it would be over for him. This hunt gave her so much more motivation to keep on improving. She started practicing three times as hard.

It was then on day 250 that she finally hit that 60 meters mark.

She was extremely happy. The feeling of accomplishment surged through her, knowing that she defied the expectations of her town and herself. Jerko, witnessing her triumph, shared in her joy, proud of the growth he had witnessed.

But the journey didn't end there. Elyra, fueled by her success, continued to push her limits. She set new goals, aiming for greater accuracy and longer distances. Jerko continued to guide her, offering insights and encouragement.

She now wanted to hit an apple from 75 meters away.

It was a big goal. But now that she’s sure in herself, and knows that daily practice really works, she is determined to hit it.

A 100 days of daily practicing and small improvements passed and she hit the goal.

Elyra, now confident in her new abilities, decided it was time to return to Creatopolis and prove them all wrong.

The journey back was long and arduous, but she was fueled by the fire of determination. With Jerko by her side, they traversed the desert, crossed savannahs, and faced the challenges of the vast wilderness.

As they approached Creatopolis, Elyra felt a mix of anticipation and anxiety. The town that once doubted her abilities and condemned her to slavery was about to witness the transformation she had undergone. They entered the familiar territory, the town surrounded by dunes, and Elyra noticed the curious gazes of the people. Whispers spread like wildfire as news of her return reached every corner of Creatopolis.

Elyra, with spear in hand, gathered the townsfolk.

The same ones who had chanted "Slave - Slave - Auction" now stood in silence, watching her intently.

She placed an apple on some boxes and walked a daring 75 meters away. Confidence emanated from her every step.

Jerko, standing at a distance, nodded in encouragement. "Prove 'em wrong, kiddo" he whispered, his eyes reflecting pride.

Elyra closed her eyes, recalling the countless days of practice, the struggles, and the triumphs. With unwavering focus, she launched the spear towards the distant apple. The air seemed to stand still for a moment. And then...

Bullseye.

The townspeople erupted into a mix of gasps and cheers. The disbelief in their eyes mirrored the transformation that had taken place within Elyra. She had not only surpassed their expectations but shattered the very limits that society had.

Once skeptical, the crowd now admired Elyra, a living testament to the power of daily improvement. Witnessing her achievements, they grasped the concept of persistent practice.

That’s how Elyra became the symbol of change in her town and has shaped their beliefs forever. Statues of her were built, she became someone that inspires everyone with her skills and her story was told from generation to generation.

And it was all because of consistent daily improvement and of course, Jerko.

Here's what some other improved artists are saying.

Translated:

What I love about sketchbooks and particularly with this one, is the possibility of understanding a little better the artist behind them. Social networks are invaded by so-called “Instagram perfect” paintings, which aim to be to be "flawless". With a sketchbook nothing is perfect and that's what I love ! The research, the experiments, the emotions and the self-knowledge that evolves thanks to all that.

You now have 2 options in front of you.

Option 1: Ignore this and try doing it by yourself.

Continue to lie to yourself that one day you're gonna start taking this seriously and how you're gonna start practicing tomorrow or the day after.

Eventually, you're gonna reach a point of no return, when there will be no more time left to practice. You'll stay at the same skill level, not confident in your art, unable to sell or show it to anyone...

You're gonna be forced to switch careers, forced to go work a job that you aren't passionate about.

"I wish I was bold enough to pursue my art career. I wish I started earlier."

But then it's going to be too late.

By ignoring this, you're risking reaching a breaking point with no return. Maybe your's is gonna be even worse than Elyra's.

Don't wait to start practicing daily. In a year, you'll be glad you started now.

Option 2: Get the sketchbook, and start your journey.

Start now, commit to daily practice, and witness the transformation.

In just a few months, your skills will have evolved 3x, your confidence will soar, and your art will make those around you awe.

Picture yourself showcasing your creations to your family and randoms online, and this time actually feeling like it's good and worth the praises.

Imagine steadily gaining recognition, and then turning your passion into a profession. Eventually partnering up with some big brands like Sony Pictures, Netflix, and Marvel and making tens of thousands by creating what you love.

Embrace the fulfilling journey of self-improvement, and let your art tell a story of dedication and progress.

"I'm grateful that I took that step to invest in myself, my future career, and my skills."

My Journey And How It Helped Me

For years, I dabbled in drawing without a clear direction, even after university. James Jean's intricate style, discovered in an Amsterdam bookstore, overwhelmed rather than inspired me. Graphic design became my safe haven for a decade.

Everything changed in 2020, a pivotal year documented in the sketchbook you're about to explore. No life drawing classes nearby? Silly obstacle, but it didn't deter me. Daily practice became my survival kit, a commitment regardless of life's chaos. Spoiler: a lot happened, and it's all laid bare in my art.

I know the uncertainty post-university. That's why I'm sharing this - to encourage aspiring artists. It all began with a sketchbook and commitment. Today, as an Executive Producer at Bloom animation studio, a Visual Dev for game developers, and creator of my own video game, I've grown a fantastic audience of 14.3K followers based on my art. This journey has led to countless art projects, and it's just the beginning.

Consider this sketchbook not just a collection of art but a guide, a nudge for anyone uncertain about their artistic path post-university. It's a testament that commitment to daily practice can shape a remarkable journey.
